Christmas Show at Monticello starting next Friday November 30th...

It's hard to believe Christmas is only a month away!!

~The Season Inspires~

I just got back from a wonderful trip to Hawaii...

My son and his family live on the Big Island so it is always a treat to visit them!

This trip gave me the opportunity to work on my plans for the holidays

and I can't wait to get going on this years holiday season!!

Here are a few updates I've made on my space at Monticello since I got back.

 

 

 I found another one of these awesome clocks that mimics a

Swedish Mora Clock...

It's a reproduction, but I just love its shape!!

 

 

I'm excited to get started on a total revamp of my space

at The Iron Cottage!!

I have a treasure trove of stuff to uncover

and get displayed!!

The Fall Show at Monticello's is over, but it has driven a

wonderful inspiration for this beautiful Fall Season!

~ Latest Project Accomplished ~

I finally finished a project that's as sweet as can be!

I posted pictures of this beautiful twin headboard a few posts ago,

and it has been sitting in the barn getting splattered by bird poop!

It only took twisting my husband's arm to get the frame

made for the bench section, and after that it was smooth sailing!

I'm not going to be happy when it sells, but I have no place for it

in my home, so hopefully it's new owner will appreciate it!

Well, I'm off to Bend to treasure hunt for the upcoming

Fall Show at Monticello's!!

I can't believe it will begin in just 2 weeks!!

I have a larger space this time, so I am able to bring

in some of the most amazing finds!!
